Well good luck, not sure what he can do about it, but I'd certainly let him know what's been happening, but not to be on the offensive, cause I don't think that helps. Also try to apologise to your husband, I have had to do that on more than one occasion, they can sympathise, but deep down no-one knows how low you are feeling except yourself, most of the time we cover it up until we can't anymore, so we let it out.

Hi guys sorry not been on got troubles in my life. God it's all been happening since I have been away. I think we need to meet up for the last meal together like the 12 disciples to have a good chat and moan.

Keep your chin up claud. Well I had to chase l&d yesterday as they never called me. What a surprise. I got told that I have been passed on to Dr BarrAck!!! As I they did not want to delay me. I said Mr jain operated on me before, got told it does not matter. I also asked about blood tests and afraid she said I don't need any until pre-op? Can't believe why they leave all these tests to the last minute!!! So I don't have a clue who this Dr is? Xx

I am having a bypass, i have a band in that didn't work, so am having a revision, but wanted the malabsorbtion as well as restriction.

Dr jain removed my band two years ago. I was sick at every meal with that band. I got told by the ENT Doctor that bypass is better for heartburn x

Yes i think thats true, the people with sleeves seem to get more heartburn

I checked Mr. Marco Barreca and Mr. Jumbulingam (as shown on Luton & Dunstable's website) on line the other day when I found out we may be having different surgeons and both of them seem to have very good results. I'll ask at my appointment how many failures they have had.

Bedford 2015, looks as though we will be meeting each other next Thursday. what time is your appointment - I have one with the surgeon at 2.30 and another with the anaesthetist at 3.00?

So I'm back again tomorrow to see Dr whitelaw!! Not holding my breath I'll get my surgery date! Fed up being let down now x

I have my appointment at three and shall let you know how it all goes. I made a complaint yesterday to Georgina coupe the bariatric services manager and hopefully she's now on the case it will be smooth sailing, but I won't hold my breath xxx
