My MDT is 2nd Feb, am counting the days down, I tried to avoid the sweet foods as well, but like youhave a real downfall on party nibbles, have put on a few pounds, but have till Feb to get it off again, need to get my head back into eating healthy mode. Just got little bits for Christmas, told hubby not to get me much as will need clothes when i loose the weight.
