Thanks for all your advice I will wait till I hit goal. I probably won't wait the 6 months though as my arms have shrunk so much there's not much more to loose just skin lol. I will have them done in Dubai as I'm living here and plastics are great eeeerrkkkkkkk I can't wait to get rid of these wings motivates me to shift the rest of the weight

Its up to the individual surgeon when you are private but those too will ask about stability as they will not want you coming back in under the term their insurance covers and trying to claim they didn't do a good job and the arm etc has loosened. Not all hospitals actually weigh you before the op but you are always asked because of the anaesthetic calculations and you need to be truthful about it for those reasons. Plus even though you may be keen to get it done why pay £5000+ if you may then lose more weight and it gets very loose again, same for gaining. I was told a variance of 14-21 lbs after that any plastics will be affected up or down.
