Here's a site that looks like it has some nice ideas. It has american measures but cups are easy to get on amazon or we can work out the equivalents by googling pretty easily too.

I like the quiche cups idea!

A cup (fluid measure) equals about 225mls, check here: Recipe Conversion Basics - Allrecipes

For dry measure a cup = 125-200g, check here as to a more exact number: Cup to Gram Conversions - Allrecipes

I am sure I saw some measuring cups in asda the other day - they were a set of 5. I am going to get some next time I am in - if I remember - mind like a sieve these days.
