Its a common misconception that we have our tums made smaller so we cant eat as much LOl but well explained Lucy, thats exactly how it works it bounces approx 20 times (or so they say) before going down, which is why its so important to leave the gap too

I will now keep a detailed daily food log including calorie count and protein .... I know I'm not eating nearly enough .... just not hungry but don't want it affecting my weight loss!
I will try harder to drink more ... Also not enough.
I will also try and stick to the 20 20 20 eating timer you stick to.
