Wednesday

Morning
1 tea, 1 coffee
1 cherry muller light yoghurt

Mid afternoon
1 x ryvita with 4 slices cooked ham, sweet chilli sauce

Dinner
Stuffed flat mushroom and stuffed pepper (home made, stuffed with onion, courgette and quark, topped with small amount of breadcrumbs and cheese) 100g chicken breast
Sweet chilli sauce

Drinks
2 litres NAS squash

(will probably have another litre of squash and also a hot choc late evening)

Calories 922
Carbs (little high today) at 90g
Protein 75g

Exercise.
Knee in severe pain and cant do a lot. So dog walk and a little walk, use of 229 calories. Will do some housework later to use a little more!

O god. I had a little bit if a binge tonight! I did burn off 820 calories at body attack and wouldn't have gone over 1500 calories in eating so I'm trying not to feel too bad about it! Sooo uncomfortably full though
 
Same here!! Came home starving as went over 6 hours without food :(

B: protein shake with milk
L: protein bar chocolate orange mmmm
D: 4 fish fingers, small jkt potato, cottage cheese and rocket salad
Snack: banana

Water, coffee and tea

20 min walking - busy in work again!

Cals 1063 - not too bad :/

pack of 4 weight watchers crackers with marmite
Some tesco chocolate raisins (my treat for the day :) )

Dinner
2 egg omelette with chicken and ham
small side salad

Evening
1 x hot choc

Drinks
2 litres NAS squash

Calories spot on 1000 lol
Carbs 80g
Protein 87g

(carbs and cals will be those chocolate raisins LOL)
Exercise dog walk, and some more spring cleaning .. .use about 375 cals.
 
Been lazy today...grab and go for most of it!

B: lipotrim summer berry smoothie (old one I found that's out of date this month - cant bear to throw away)
L: pro max diet protein bar
D: steak in onion gravy, 2 new potatoes, 2 broccoli pieces
Snacks: medium banana & Calin vanilla yogurt

My band made me satisfied and i reckon from a quick tot up in my head that's about 1400 cals. My aim to now maintain at 10.5 mils in 14 mil band
 
Odd day yesterday, but really long with work, school runs, trip to physio for my son, b&q to get coal etc for fire, we didn't even make it back to home til 9pm. So, he had KFC and I had a "snack box" as they didn't have any salad! I was NOT impressed, but had the lowest cal thing on the menu I could find, and surprisingly it was only 80 cals more than the salad anyway . . .

So friday

2 hot wing snack box from KFC.

To prove you can eat out and still lose/maintain ...

Christmas dining out season again ... Maintainers diary ... It's all about moderation and keeping those protein levels up :)

B ... Porridge and tsp syrup, milky coffee
S ... 2 biscotti
L ... Starter size ham terrine, 1 1/2 slices toast, tsp butter, salad
S ... Protein bar
D ... 2 glasses mulled wine, 1 salt and pepper rib, tbsp shredded duck with hoisin sauce and tbsp cucumber, tbsp beef and black bean sauce, 4 chicken balls with tbsp sweet and sour sauce
 
Forgotten to update here for a couple of days, so here is todays and yesterdays.

15 weeks post op, 6 mls in a 14ml band, (due a fill but had to cancel, no restriction), still unable to gym or major exercise due to knee injury

Tuesday

Asda cook in bag fresh cod fillets, roasted chunky vegetables

Snack 1/4 rice krispie square

Drinks 2.5 litres NAS squash, I options hot choc

Protein 96g

Exercise - walking etc 350 cals



Wednesday (home due to son being ill)
Morning
Muller strawberry yoghurt
1 litre NAS squash

Lunch
4 slices cooked ham, tin of tuna flakes with a bit of sweet chilli sauce

Afternoon
1 options hot choc

Dinner
Gammon steak, 1/2 chicken breast, brocolli, cauliflower and Carrots with a redcurrant jelly reduction sauce.

Drinks
further 1.5 litres NAS squash

Total Cals 1077
Carbs 75g
Protein - a whopping 132g lol

Exercise,
walking, dog walk and around and about, and also 2 hours of house tidying, clearing, moving furniture, sorting Xmas decs, total cal use 876 cals.



 
Loving it topkat ... Shows protein first and foremost :)
 
What goes on with these bands?! One day I can't stomach anything without indegistion the next day the same food goes down fine!
 
Hi, just though i'd pop in. It's been ages since I was here. So many new banders!
It's coming up to two years banded. I have gained over a stone but I'm not too concerned as at least I'm not any where near as big as I was. Also...new year new start.
So I'm back to logging food and back here too!
 
Hi Miss Hungry :) i also haven't been on this thread for some time but Xmas and nye binging is now over, I am trying to get back on track. It doesn't help that I'm moving house for the rest of the week but I'll do my best :) xxx

Well think time has come to start posting here again!!

Will weigh tomorrow morning but think i've STS over xmas and new year.

Have been okish food wise (bit too much cheese and chocolate) but drank a lot of wine.......

Wednesday 2nd January 2013: -

Brekkie - Wholemeal pitta, boiled egg

Lunch - Salad, tuna half a jacket

Snack - 3 chocolates at work (naughty!!)

Tea - WW sausage, mash, turnip half a yorkshire (only eat about 2/3 tea plate)

Snack - 2 glasses of red wine (Naughty) bottle gone now....

see how i go, am thinking of joining Slimming World to have a weekly weigh in x x
 
Karen - you still are looking great :) welcome back

Tobi/Wobbly - the weight losses will begin again ... logging will probably just help you focus that little bit more. GOOD LUCK THIS WEEK :)
 
Today was the packing day before the house move tomorrow and i ended up eating junk again :( can't wait til this move is over and I can have a routine again.

Morning: Special K with red berries with a splash of skimmed milk so it was still crunchy

Lunch: tikka turkey pieces( 1% fat) dipped in fat free total Greek yogurt, a few hula hoops and a pack of ryvita minis cream cheese and chive flavour (actually I was rather pleased with myself eating these when others were having BLTs but I did nick 2 small chicken wings afterwards!!)

Dinner: a turkish pizza takeaway - really thin and very crispy base topped with spicy beef mince (~250kcal)

Snack: kit Kat bar shame on me I couldn't resist!

Drinks: squash, coffee and tea

Total: 1050ish calories

All day been active though, running up and down the stairs packing with the removal guys... Knackered now, hitting the sack early tonight dreading the move tomorrow! X

Not sure if these attachements work.

Just giving an idea of my portions and meals and see if anyone has any opinion.

It is a standard tea plate size.

Fresh tuna steak, salad and half a jacket.

The tuna that was left I had for dinner the next day with the other half of jacket and fresh salad x x

Looks perfect band friendly food to Me ... Full of protein and balanced, leaving carbs till last :)
 
Might try again posting on here.

Finally back in the 'zone' 100%, it's taken a while after Christmas and getting away with the picking of wine, cheese and chocolate.

Brekkie _ 2.5 ryvita and 2 cheese triangles

lunch - turkey, feta salad with croutons

snack - yogurt and grapes

tea - chicken thigh and roast veg

tonight - prob a cereal bar.
