aww thanks kat!! yeah new house and new me! cant wait :D

im in love with Russell (band) at the mo...even though i went cinema and could only take a few bites out of my ice cream and give it begrudgingly to the hubster....it felt kinda enpowering! not to be licking the inside of the tub 5 minutes after plonking my butt into the seats....ooh and i also managed to kinda cross my legs! like normal ladies!!!

also when i check the status of my clothing at the end of the day im surprised by how cleant they still are :p no more choc stains/crisps/grease stains! wooo!
 
Morning :)

I think our sunshine is on the way out bit overcast and breezy today!
We go away on the 6th only to weymouth with the kids for a weekend in a caravan but should be fun, I just hope this isn't the last we see of any sunshine :)

I keep Reading the diaries and posts from our new banders and I think your all doing amaZingly I will admit that I get a tiny pang of jealousy now and then cos in so desperate to have MY turn, but my time will come :)

Magic you sound so positive I'm so glad Russell is behaving for you hehe XX
 
I cannot believe that I slept until 11.45:eek:. Mind you I was awake from about 2.30 to 4.30 am - but even so. Well the sun has come out to day after disappearing yesterday but I am freezing. It is windy though and that is what is making it chilly.

Think I may retreat to my bed again.

aww piratess.....i would be the same....its like when i was on a pregnancy forum and there was a bunch of us trying to concieve (actually was the discovery home and health one from which minimins was created!!) ..and when someone announced their pregnancy id be happy for them but a lil jealous...but id know my turn would come one day and id be posting my good news....it will happen for u as well xx

I am back at work tomorrow and am in the office for the next three days - Friday off courtesy of the Royal nuptials:D.

I did a little work this afternoon and evening and did some thinking. I decided not to bother doing the note to the head of the department or to respond to what is being proposed. What will be will be. I will apply for my job in June and hope and pray whoever ends up as my new boss does not turn out to be my worst nightmare. If so then it is going to be time to move on anyway. At least I feel in better shape to get out on the job market again.

My alternative is to do what Mr TB would like and that is to sell up and move to a warmer climate where he would be better health wise. I have so far said no but thinking about things more I wonder if it would not be better to do that - just make a fresh start. I will see how things pan out. Will need to be somewhere where I can get an internet connection so I can stay in touch:D.

Oooo sounds like some interesting times ahead tranquil ... My parents always talk of moving abroad, not sure my dad would ever leave Cornwall tho,

Well I'm off to bed scruff is back at school tomorow think they should just have this week off seeing as they only back for 3 days lol ... I'm gonna find it so hard to drag myself from my pit tomorow morning.

i hear ya piratess....my 4 yr old is back to pre school but my 7 yr old starts tomorrow!so only 2 days and off for 4!!

ooh TB to live somewhere warm and lovely...could do a trial run and spend like a month abroad and see what opportunities etc are out there for u......like in that australia or abroad programme.... forgot what its called! on BBC1 in the mornings..well not now but it used to be!
 
Rache - Good on you re the cycling...my legs would be like jelly if I attempted even half of that. Pleased everything is working out in the new house, its great when you start getting things we take for granted, like tv, phone and internet access.....its lovely you sound so upbeat hun x

Magic - I know the programme you mean with Nicky Chapman presenting it. Only trouble is they only sent people to Oz or NZ for a week - you would really need at least a month to see if it would work for you!

Good luck at work, hope your day is better than recently, will you get Friday off so you can rest?

Neen has been quiet this week - which is only to be expected. She really has her hands full with her boys and I guess as its holidays they are pushing her to the limit!

Hope you`re coping Neen - come back when you`re ready hun x

Today is my day off so this morning, I`m off to the gym for an hour.

Then after that down to my allotment.....I have to have a big clearout of my shed...get rid of lots of rubbish thats accumalated. Then decide what to sell on e-bay.

Sadly I have to give it up, as my back has got worse over the last couple of years. Although I can manage the gym if I`m careful what equipment I use, I can`t handle the heavy digging involved with my allotment.

I will be so sad to see it go - as I had some great times there, as well as made some good friends! :wave_cry:

Morning Kat - I just hope Neen is ok - she has had some tough times lately. Sorry to hear about the allotment. I love gardening and miss not having one - especially as the weather gets better. At least you will still have your garden to tend. My brother has an allotment - well its his mom in laws and the whole of their family spend hours in it - it is massive. Hope you have a good session at the gym. I wish I could get into some decent exercise but I have zero energy at the moment.

Better go and get ready to face the day:D
