Considering gastric band but scared

I had huge problems with that too Corgi, ended up taking a mega dose of movicol! I still have to take a sachet every couple of days or I run into issues...

Im having those issues too cannot go at all! I have a stitch pain on my left hand side constantly and im putting it down to that so can't wait to go!!

First post op review with my surgeon who is very happy with my progress. Had my first band fill this evening. Now have 4mls in my band.

Hi. My 1st fill is a week tomorrow. I'm the same, feel like i have no restriction. Its hard but I'm sticking to 1100 cals a day
I cant w8 4 my fill. Will be interesting to see how you get on Donna

I was up at about 730 so we literally could have passed each other lol!
