I'm starting again. The couch to 5 k. After doing a 10k (very very slowly - tho not last :0)) I've done virtually nothing. So here I go again from the start. Almost turned back a couple of times on the way to the gym. Then once I got there it started pouring the minute I got out of the car so I HAD to run into the gym to get shelter. :0/ And so it's done. 25 minutes of 6x1 minute running intervals. Somewhat rustily. But done. This is section one of my recovery from burnout. Can't imagine going into work at all at the moment. Can only just about manage a pile of ironing!
