L/ 1 grilled sausage and baked beans
D/ 1 corn on the cob, green beans and chicken
Drinks/ 2lt water, tea, 1/2 can diet irn bru for hangover purposes!
Today:
B/ 1 slice toast with honey
L/ Crusty roll with turkey, cucumber and roasted peppers
D/ Will be gnocchi, homemade pasta sauce and mozzarella
Drinks/ 1lt water, NAS orange juice, tea
