6 weeks post-op and on soft foods stage

Yet another rubbish day! Off work for a few days so I should be back to normal tomorrow.

Today:

1 mug of tea, skimmed milk
1 mini pancake with butter and jam
1 mug of tea, skimmed milk
1/4 sandwich made with granary bread, goat's cheese and rocket
1 mug tea, skimmed milk
1 glass sugar-free blackcurrant squash
1 mug tea, skimmed milk
1/2 cupcake
3 blueberries
1 mug tea, skimmed milk
1 mug tea, skimmed milk

and probably another one before I go to bed lol
 
13 days post op - liquid stage

This is what I had today:
200ml protein drink
200ml marmitte with 8gr. dry protein supplement
500ml energade
200ml herbal tea
200ml broth with 40gr. cheese baby food
2 small (40gr. popsicles)
Cannot drink more than that and water tastes awful after op.
Hope to move on to full liquid or mushy stage tomorrow after 2° control visit.
 
15 weeks post sleeve
2 myprotein shakes (with water)
5 meatballs with ketchup
2 slices of crisp bread with cheese and mortadella
1 small stick of salami
1 candy bar

I drink about 1,5 liters of water a day - no soda or juice

A very nice lady from here turned me on to myprotein. I've tried sooo many protein powders and I didn't like ANY of them. myprotein mixes well and tastes quite good - even with water. I like choclate & nut and latte. They do samples you can order online so you can see which ones you might like.
 
My turn for a terrible liquids day - after swimming made me vomit? :( Not sure why... :confused:

160g Danone Danio high protein yoghurt, passion fruit

Breakfast: Scrambled egg on 1 slice Weight Watchers granary toast
Tea with skimmed milk
Glass of fresh OJ

Snack- Babybel cheese
Cup of tea with skimmed milk

Lunch - Packet of Quavers
Cup of tea with skimmed milk
Glass of sugar-free squash

Dinner- 1-egg omelette with one new potato
Cup of tea with skimmed milk
Another cup of tea and probably 1 more before bed :)
 
2 weeks post op purees:

3 x cups of tea
15g (half sachet) ready brek with 100ml milk
200ml innocent apple and mango juice
200ml (half can) heinz cream of chicken soup
half an asda cumberland pie ready meal (250g) pureed
1 pot intensley creamy vanilla yoghurt
200ml strawberry milk
 
14 days post op - mushy stage
I've seen my surgeon today and he allowed me to move on to mushy stage!
Today I had:
200ml protein drink
600ml gatorade
2 Ikea meatballs (with no gravy)
30gr. potato mash
125ml plain yoghurt
a very small serving of Ikea vanilla ice-cream
200ml broth with 45gr cottage cheese

Always have problems with fluids but hope it will be better from tomorrow with decaf coffee and milk allowed.

2 very small homemade meatballs
30gr. potato mash
200ml fresh vegetable juice
500ml water
56gr. canned tuna + 20gr. low fat mayo
20 gr. potato mash
 
Breakfast: 1 slice Kingsmill 50/50 crustless bread
1 dairylea triangle
2 cups of tea with skimmed milk
1 glass of skimmed milk

Snack: 1 tangerine
1 cup of tea as before

Lunch: 1/4 M&S Chicken salad sandwich
1 cup of tea
1 glass sugar-free orange squash

Dinner: M&S BBQ chicken pieces snack pack
1 cup of tea
1 glass sugar-free orange squash

Lunch: 1/4 tuna mayo sandwich on granary bread

Dinner: Home-made chilli, 1 taco shell, grated cheese and dollop of soured cream
1 cup of tea
1 glass sugar-free blackcurrant squash
