Was thinking of giving them a go just to try and see if I can loose a few pounds/stones

Hi Ellie-not tried this but I'd give anything to lose/not put on weight
I really "miss" my reductile now its been withdrawn-it really did help to curb my appetite-
these patches seem to be more of a "physical" aid rather than mental-do let me know if you give them a go-they seem quite reasonably priced compared to some things

By the way I have noticed your GP wont refer you for surgery have you tried changing GPS??? I have, because the hospital I wanted didnt come under my PCT

Very good point Ellie... I would think about changing gp's if they didn't help you after all you've done!

they work a treat pop one over each eye if we cant find the fridge we cant help but lose weight........
