If you're stalling really focus on your protein and carb levels, you need to get those carbs down and protein up

Thanks Jo, to eat anythin other than mush would be nice at the moment , can't wait for this drill next week! It's a horrid feeling :( x

I hope so as soon as I can eat properly I intended on following somethin similar to my Pre op diet which was chicken, egg, white fish or quorn and green veg and salad ... Only not as strict I shall have any vegetable I feel like I think ! Lol but you get the jist! X

You'll find what works for you but sounds good basis! I have a 70/70 rule when losing...think I made it up but hey it works...70g carbs max and 70g min protein per day, and buckets of water :)
