I sat comfy on the plane, no overhangs , no extender belt n enjoyed a coffee. I did burp with the cabin pressure, that's got rid of my trapped wind

Yes, feel ok so far....had to be done, taking it very slow. Still supping

That or Guinness n that would be a no no lol. Have to taste Irish culture once the waiter was goggling my blond daughter, god knows how much whiskey he put in it. I've made her taste some as its her fault lol

How long after surgery did you guys start your vitamins? The hospital put on my discharge sheet 4 weeks so doc not prescribing them until 4 weeks out but I really feel I should be taking them. I'm feeling so weak and tired and dizzy, I'm thinking the vits should help with that xx

Hi lauralee, I had a big goodies bag when I left and started on the 2nd day. 4 weeks does seem like such a long time - can't say I'm loving the vitamins but I know they are important, can you maybe double check with your surgeons secretary? Xx

I started straight away. You can buy them. I don't get vits on prescription but do get calcium

I started taking them about 5 days after when I knew I could handle chewing them... Xx

I bought some protein water as not keen on the milky drinks - 40g per 500ml bottle zero sugars, 2g of carb. Doesn't taste that unpleasant but gets it out of the way. I saw it on another thread on here.

I took floradix a liquid iron supplement with b vits in for a couple of weeks. Tastes nice & had no probs with tiredness.
