Thanks ladies! Think I have calmed a bit I will write this down an trot along to asda once I've been at the hospital. Got to go in this afternoon for some bloods and then I go in tomorrow at 2 for my op on wed (bypass) they said I might get home tomorrow night to come back in again wed morning. Luckily I'm not too far from the hospital. It's all go!Whoop Whoop ........ ..... Now calmly, get your pen & pad & start making your list

Thanks ladies! Think I have calmed a bit I will write this down an trot along to asda once I've been at the hospital. Got to go in this afternoon for some bloods and then I go in tomorrow at 2 for my op on wed (bypass) they said I might get home tomorrow night to come back in again wed morning. Luckily I'm not too far from the hospital. It's all go!

I know! I haven't had time to do any sort of pre-op diet. Hopefully it all goes well and my liver is ok tho! Ali I have been following your diary and you have been on that bloomin milk diet so long that your starting to moooooo haha. Not long for you now tho! No not got a diary Hun xxx

I bloody hate it! I've not lost a pound in a week, its telling me its surgery time. I so wanted to get to two stone pre op loss. I'm 3lbs short cos it don't want to budge now. Hubby has been cutting down but eating sensibly on a diet himself, he's lost two stone n been eating food ffs! Story of my life he he. Dead excited for you

Lmao! I bought some the week before my op and then my mum took my antie shopping and bought me some more the day I came out of hospital...
I'm one week out today!!

LOL 2nd trouble is it slows at the end i so wanted to do 2 stone before op (mainly because i had gained 1.5st over the last 6 months) but i did the 1.5 by op date so when they weighed me in was the same as last time i saw the dietician lol i was luck enough not to have to do milk either just low cal
