3 days to go wow I'm so jealous. Wish it was me. I go on holiday in 11 days can't wait then when I get back officially gna b on count down to my first appointment.

All the stress of my sister has really distracted me these past 5 weeks so made the time fly by.

I am taking:

Al meds and signed medical consent form.
Toothpaste/brush/mouthwash/dry mouth spray
Hair brush/dry shampoo
Shower gel/body Spray/deodoranterfume
Face wipes:face cream
Pants/pj's//sports bra:slippers/dressing gown
Harem trousers and loose top to go home/flat shoes
Peppermint tea/Complain
Iphone and charger
Book and magazines

I am really nervous now. Been awake all night worrying so I feel exhausted!!

Op day tomorrow!! I'm happy, sad, nervous and tearful!!

Feeling exhausted as I've not slept all night and I'm also really tearful. How ridiculous!! I need to give myself a big kick up the bum!!

I've rang hospital to see if they have a bed available and they told me to keep ringing every half an hour. Very stressful indeed. I think I've rang five times so far. They said a bed may not become available until late this afternoon.

They said I'm second on the list tomorrow so not too long a wait I hope.

I have my sleeve op today so I am taking advantage of my last meal which almost fits into my pre-op diet. A bacon sarnie!

I have to be liquids only from 7:30am and nothing after 10:30.

I am still in the "what's the fuss about, numb" mindset which given a week ago how scared I was it is weird.

Will post when I can to up date you all.

All gowned up and sexy hat and tights on.

Seen the consultant and he said all is on schedule so fingers crossed.

I'm feeling numb and very strange today.

I will be mega relieved when it's all over

excitedbutnervous is in the same boat as me. Hoping to have a nice chat with her later to compare notes.
