Ive been managing fine this week with no PB'ing at all. Im taking my time and chewing really well.
Ive been having a few salalds, especially tomato and mozerella and last night in work.
Yesterday i woke at 7am but didnt get hungry until 9am so i had a small bowl of fruit salad. At 1pm i had 5 crabsticks with seafood sauce then i didnt eat until 9pm (tom & moz salad with chicken pieces) and didnt get hungry until 4am when i got home and had a small bowl of prawn salad.
Protein first, then veggies definately keeps you fuller for longer.
