Hello! Sorry I haven't updated recently. It's been a bit of a stress.
I've got 2wks left on my weight management course. I was advised all I had to do was actively participate & wasn't expected to lose weight (which I haven't, not an ounce).
I had my seminar at Rake Lane on Thurs where I was told if I didn't lose a couple of kilos I was off the programme & the consultant wouldn't see me. Aaaaagggghhh.
Anyway.. I'm now trying slimfast for the remaining 2wks in the hope I can shift some weight & stay on the programme.
Rake Lane advised us we would wait approx 12 months from seminar to operation which seems to be the average. In addition to the time I waited for weight loss programme & 12 weeks to complete it, it takes us up to the 18-24 months in other PCT's.
I thought this information might be useful to others under Rake Lane!!
