I got 10 day notice lol ,it will be fine , there is so much too learn , but it's fab on here I've had loads ands loads of help from others on here , easy too say but try not too worry to much and take it in your stride as you ll drive yourself mad xx

I think I already am driving myself mad, well madder.... Even when I go out people ask "have you got a date yet"it feels like I've been waiting years, and it's only been 14 months. But struggled with my weight for 35 of them.
I must admit when I was referred to mr El-hasini I didn't think he would say yes in a million years, as I have no medical issues, no high or low blood pressure no ailments no diabetes nothing medical at all, but I have tried everything imaginable even the dreaded slimming tablets. So I am thankful I am even on the list. And I hope I don't annoy too many people with my rambling.....
