Hi blue
I'm 4 weeks post op now and can eat anything. Must book 1st fill. I'm doing a massive 24 hr challenge next sat in Scotland. I have to cycle 31 miles followed by a 43 mile walk. I was worried that would not be able to take enough calories on but u should be ok. How's it going. Are you back to work tommorrow ?
Bluebutterflier said:Wow that sounds like a challenge.....how do you think your'll cope with that then....Are you quite fit? do you excersize often?
Im 12 days post op....and the restriction is lesser...my first fill is May 22nd...so not long now....in just over 3 weeks ive lost 21 lbs
I am actually scared of doing it. Have not done much since op but trained for it since Jan. So pressures on lol. I've lost about 20lb so far but most of that was in the first two weeks. Only a pound or so in last two weeks. How's the pain around your port ? Mine plays up most days like somebody is pinching my tummy from inside
