Yay... That's great, but god HARD!! Bread rolls.. ******* things!! I'm unsure if I can eat bread. Had nipples but not a big bite.
I've bought the Lapland solution from ebay and it arrived yest, makes a great read and really explains stuff.. Lets me know what I should be doing clearly at this stage.. As is so confusing!!

So I've decided that I am not going to eat unless I actually feel a physical hunger.. (Not sure what's real an whats not) so far I've had no breakfast today just cordial, I am going to wait untill I actually feel hungry then I will eat..

According to my book, the feeling of over eating..
"Feeling a pain at the centre of your chest, slight pain across your back and shoulders, the need to stretch open your chest and take a deep breath"
I have Defo been feeling this, u should stop eating before this feeling.. Have you guys felt it?
So I'm gonna really really listen to my body and not my mind.. I'm not going to stick to set 3 meals a day.. Just gonna see how my hunger goes..
 
Yep, especially the tightness across the chest, I also get a pain in my shoulder which lets me know I've had too much. So, is the book worth getting then?
 
I also like the fact you have only had nipples, not big bites ! I love autocorrect, I get stung ALL the time by it! Lol
 
I think so, but I managed to get it for £8, a lot of what it says I knew, but it just helps, in that its clear.. Some rule for the initial stage are different, ie length of fluids and mushy stage. And it talks a lot about not eating unless u r hungry, and when u have had band fills how little u should eat.. U should NEVER be hungry and not think about food, have a complete disinterest in food and see eating as a chore!! I can't wait for that! Referring to how we felt in the week off banding.
It also talks that this can only be expected when on dry foods and after fill.. So how we r feeling now is perfectly normal and to be expected.
Having Said that, I do not know if I have physical hunger.. Do u for sure?
 
Lol!! Nipples ! I am trying to eat when I am hungry and haven't had breakfast yet! I can't wait to feel like eating is a chore. It's good to know that we are normal ! Well as normal as we can be?
 
Although I have noticed I'm drinking less, so need to make an effort in that part too. Thirst and hunger are the same sensation so always gonna try for the drink before I eat.
 
So today's food...

1 weetabix full cream milk bit of sugar.
Packet of skips...
Ratatouille omelette with grated cheese
1/2 healthy ish lemon muffin..
3 cheese triangle

Done
Total according to fitness pal is 750 cals

Feel like I have eaten quite a lot so was surprised at the few cals. The ratatouille was tinned from asda 75 cals for half a tin.. I had quarter it was loverly..
 
Not so good for me :(

1 small yogurt
I small bowl of home made soup
I scrambled egg
Steamed fish n peas
Minced meat out of a Cornish pasty

I glass of wine

Been so bad !

Food for today
2 eggs scrambled with desert spoon of beans, dinner was a slice of coffee cake ( my bad)
Tea will be cottage pie with veg. All in at 900 cals so not horrendous .
