I only had a slither, I was trying to be good! Ha ha. Coffee cake is my absolute fav, when my friend bought it out when I popped over for a cuppa, who was I to say no! Lol
 
Me too :) well, I'm at work, having a sneaky break before meds round in a min! God, really struggled tonight, had two weeks off night shifts and boy do I feel it! Roll on 0800 and home time !
 
Take a lot to drink, I've been really thirsty for some reason xx and delegate! I've had other nurses doing pad changes etc, I said I'll make it up to them when I'm 100%
 
Ok , something weird happened today. I feel really restricted, like after op, and took some quiche for my tea, literally had three bites and was sick on the last mouthful??
Food today was a banana for brekkie, lotsof sleep, and then some quiche . Feel completely full and couldn't face eating another thing today.
 
You lucky thing!! I have been good food wise but am hungry. I have had porridge, banana, packet of skips and about to have a minced lamb curry ( no rice )
 
You can do a cheats rice you know. If you cook some cauliflower so it's still a bit firm, and then grate it, it gives you the texture of rice. Very yummy :)

So just finished my long day.. Hated every min, ward wasn't to heretic and I wasn't the only qualified.. But still I wasn't up for it.. One more tomorrow and then 5 days off..

Small jacket spud with tuna mayo
Blended roast dinner out the freezer
Packet salt and vinegar snack a jacks ( yum)
Cheese triangle

About 650 cals
 
I had a small minced lamb curry :) my friend was due to have a band today she was all ready for theatre and then her op got cancelled as her blood test was wrong! She is devastated, I can't begin to imagine how she must feel, so upset for her ......
 
It feels odd, I expected to feel full into tummy if you know what I mean, but it feels more in my chest? Like you have an 8 month old baby sat ( sorry but no other way to describe it) in between your boobs!! Lol,, not uncomfortable or painful but you know it's there.
Glad the cheats rice was good for you, my mum has lost 8 stone doing Atkins and she passed it on to me x
 
Your friends blood tests were wrong? Oh no, do you know what was wrong with it? She must be gutted! Was she a private or NHS patient? If private, will she get her money back? God, I'd cry for weeks:(
