This newest conversation has set my mind at ease too. I have been starving over the last few days but think I'm lucky if I'm eating 600 calories! I'm trying to stick to 3 - 4 meals a day, maybe half a ready meal or a small baby bowl of whatever the family eat. It is solid purée if you know what I mean. Should I eat more meals?? I stop when I'm satisfied but am hungry again after 3 hrs or so but make myself wait for the next meal time. I am losing inches but not weight. Any advice welcome. X
