Been thinking a little more about this thread - Does Trev want to lose weight ?
As someone else here said, a few stone isn't that much over weight ( compared to all of us of course) but for him to do it he really needs to buy into this weight lose thing himself, then once his heads in the right place it becomes easy!
I reflect back to a mate of mine, his wife used to put him on diets and he'd get up and eat his mueseli for breakfast to keep her happy, then stop at the cafe on the way into work for a big fry up..... he didn't want to or couldn't be bothered with losing weight !
So is Trev on side or have you decided he needs to lose some weight ?
