I am now starting my fifth week post op and I am struggling with meal plans. ie quantities and including all the food groups, carbs, protein etc.
If anyone who has used the diet sheet from Kath or Jennie has any ideas for a days eating I would be really grateful.
Dietician says should be 600 - 800 cals a day.
