need to keep going to get rid of the final 2 stone (ish)

got a size 12 coat from new look.... thought eh thats fluke so went to asda and sainsburys and the size 2 coats / tops fit. just need me backside to catch up from the size 14.

totally worth it!

Well done you I hope to be back in the 11st range again this week after a regain at last weeks weigh in. I grabbed loads of size 10 bargains at the weekend as some of my 12's are becoming loose now it is so fantastic
