Yes that's Derbys diet. I've been peeing a lot too ( the toilet rolls taken a big hit) think it's water retention. Low carb acts as a diuretic too who knows I'm 8 kg down so I'm good with that x

Don't want to mislead... 8kg down since 2/1/14 doing lowfat lowcarb then started pre-op Thursday xxthat's awesome. I thought my 11lb loss in 1 week was good but 8kg is amazing.
Anyone know if your never allowed drink alcohol again after a band? Or are u eventually?

Thanks I would just like the option for a nice glass of wine every now and againYes you can drink after a bypass it's up to the individual I try not to cannot drink fizzy but a glass of wine is ok Also alcohol has calories I try my best to avoid it But it's upto you
I love baileys but thought that would be so full of fat it would be a no forever! It's mainly holidays and special occaisions I'll fancy something I work weekends so never really go out drinking as such as part of my social lifeI enjoy a glass of white Zinfandel makes me feel Normal again also some fruit juices make me dump my friend drinks baileys but I don't like it
