4 days post op and don't feel to bad thought the pain would be a lot worse like when I had a c-section but it's not ....just struggling to get all the fluids in just feel like I am drinking all day and still not having enough felt abit sick but have not been sick yet really supprised how well the wounds are healing and how neat they are good luck all having there's this month

Also a quick update on progress day 5 .... pain swallowing almost totally gone. Was out and about yesterday. Back to work tomorrow! Managing to eat more. Has a slimfast and a heinz chicken and veg soup blitzed up to liquid and this went down no problem. First day I have actually felt hungry. Not sure if I like this or not but I know it isnt healthy to not eat enough calories!

Can't wait to start excercising! Never thought id say that!

Scales say I am 2kg down since pre op. Post op I weighed 2kg more than when I went in too!

Well I have my own business and I am office based so will pretty much be sitting in a comfy chair all day. Cant really take more than a week off. Will be taking it easy though don't worry! Thanks for support xx
