that's 9lb lost in 2 weeks.. and just under 8 stone lost in total... and im a little disappointed that i havent hit the 8 stone this week!!

Todays weigh in -

Weight loss since June 1st - 10st 13.2lbs
Weight loss since op - 8st 8.4lbs
Loss this week - 3.3lbs

I so wanted to hit the 11st mark this week, so close yet so far I have had two pretty good weeks so I am hoping next week when I post I will have got it.

My aim for my holiday in march was to be in the 18s and I am 4.5lbs away from it so as long as I am good I should get that off in the next 5 weeks. X
