So lost the gain plus a quarter of a lb (hey it all counts) lol

As soon as I see 18st 5lb I hit a holy grail. I was 18 last time I got here. Eeeeek. xx

Thanks guys. It has ended up just the 3 of us doing our weigh in now but we are all doing so well and it's so nice to have support x

It is only when I take a comparison that I realise how far I have come.

Left is me @ 30st 3lbs and right is me @ 18st 12lbs.

I would like to get down to 100kg which leaves me around 3st to go x

Hey, Todays weigh in - Weight loss since June 1st - 11st 3.5lbs Weight loss since op - 8st 11.5lbs Loss this week - 1.5lbs I am now 19st on the dot with a bmi in the 30's!! I never thought I would see the day to be honest. I will be in the 18's for my holiday )) x

Post Op Day 233 (too excited to wait till tomorrow, lol)

Weight 18st 5.5lb

Total loss: 8st 1.5lb

Loss this week 1lb


GOOD NEWS AND NSVs

** I'm now just Obese and no-longer morbidly obese

** BMI is now 39.1

** I'm also in my holy grail land. I have not been below 18st 6lb since I was 16 (vaguely remember 17st 9lb when I was 16 but never smaller than that)

** My pelvis is no-longer tilted, it's now straight ahead (used to be tilted to the right). Nurse doubled checked that she had the right notes for me lol

** I'm now back to being 5ft 8ins - they remeasured me three times lol. (Last year I shrunk to 5ft 7iins)

It's amazing what excess weight does to our bodies. xx
