Just had my meeting with the Nutritionist. His guidance is as follows:
PRE-OP
Follow low carb, low fat healthy eating food plan
Limit Fruit to just 2 a day
Dont do foodpacks (lighter life, exante etc), eat proper food
POST-OP
How can I avoid constipation (more fluid, fibre, doctors for tablets if needed)

- 2 wks, Liquids e.g Skimmed Milk, Thin Soups, Protein Shakes (but not preferred)
- 3 wks, Puree, 5-6tbps (100g) approx 5-6 times per day
- 1wk, Mashed, e.g. Cottage Pie, Fish Pie etc… 4-5 times @200g - lots of veg, not just potatoes
