You only have to look at your old photos to see the difference in not only your body but your lovely smile as well! I think you'll do amazing with the bypass, you did amazingly well with the bands. It might take a little time to get your head round the few differences but we all know you'll do it and everyone on here is behind you all the way, you can do it Liz xxx

Hi Liz, yes we are both fine. Long week took its toll mentally. The funeral for Bev's Mam was yesterday morning, all went ok under the circumstances.

Oh I don't envy you having no restriction Liz I think I would be going mad and eating al the things I couldn't with a band so it sounds like you are doing really well not to be doing that...
