I know what you mean, it's a long process isn't it? I can't believe mine has finally been done now. I'm on the road to recovery, heading in the direction of being fit and slim.

Well done all of you!!! Such an underrated amazing achievement.

My surgery is a week tomorrow. Pre op Monday. Still crapping myself! But I know it's a means to an end.

Those of you still waiting will be fine!! Time flys and it will be over before you know it!!

I'm now 4 days post op. Feeling great. Very little if any pain from my wounds! My throat has given me more bother. It's all very exciting now as ready to move onto thicker liquids. Can't believe how quickly time goes!

That's lucky! I stuck to my pre-op diet religiously for fear my liver would be sliced up.

The surgeon I have is also a liver specialist. He would prefer is at full strength for recovery. He says if the liver is in the way he will work round it or move it.

Hello everyone
I has my gastric bypass on the 12th may 2014 so
Yes I'm a May oppers to I'm now 7 days post opp
I'm feeling so happy after a long road started WM in Devon in 2011 blinking weight up and down and a few issues but got there at last ?

This is the start of my new life and can't wait to shop in normal shops for clothes and be able to do normal things with my children and grandchildren
Anyone else from down my way I had my opp at derriford plymouth
Just want to say hi all x
