Couldn't make it to work this morning. I phoned and took a day off. I'm feeling shaky and need to pee every 5 minutes. Losing liquids is part of the pre op diet, I suppose?
Hope you're feeling better Bally x

Wow everyone there's so much positivity on this thread! That's so good as I could do with a bit of it.
Start my pre-op milk diet in a week's time and I've buggered my knee again can barely walk on it (torn 2 muscles in the knee) the injury comes and goes all the time and at the moment I'm in agony. I seriously hope the surgery will quickly affect my pain as my mobility has suffered so much in the past 2 months since I hurt it. I can't play with my kids and I can't exercise at all leading me to gain a few pounds when I should be losing!
I really want this sorted! Roll on the surgery and roll on weight loss my poor knee deserves a life of no more crushing pain!
Sat in departures at Bristol now, my flight leaves at 18.10 and I have a cracking headache. My youngest was really upset that I was "going away with work" but dad put that thought away and he's taken them off to Weston for the rest of the afternoon for a splash in the sea.
