Will I look in the mirror when I am a lot slimmer and not quite like my face?lol

I have seen it a lot slimmer than now, but never at goal. Last time it was slim was as a kid.

I also wonder if my personality will change (good or bad)

Sorry to keep wondering lol.....But this will all be new to me.

I will be very sad if I end up with Dolly Pond boobs though lol

Has anyone else not liked their face, boobs, personality etc after their op?

i think i look older but others say the opposite but its not till i saw a piccy of myself that i saw the drastic change i dont think my personality has changed just feel more confident now.

Six months after your surgery you will be full of energy,wearing fab clothes and doing things you forgot you enjoyed.Sex will be great again,loads of intense fabulous orgasms!If you think its good now wait till there is less flab in the way!We kid ourselves sex is good when we are big,get real and wait till you try skinny sex!

You've raised my biggest fear... I've always been the fat but pretty girl and worry that I won't be considered pretty any more or more importantly that I'll look much older. I think I look a lot younger than other people my age because I have less lines as my face is fat but when I lose the plump skin will I gain lots of lines? I know its vain and I want the surgery for my health and so that I'm around as long as possible for my kids but I can't help but worry about it x

I totally understand what you mean. My nan says there are no creases in a blown up balloon. I would my flat will look like a deflated one that has been up for too long lol

I want it for my health too. But its natural we also want to be attractive. So if you are vain, budge up so I can join you on the vanity bench lol

It kind of equals out. OK, tummy can get saggy (some have been lucky enough to get tummy tucks funded), but the very nature of losing the lard kicks in the desire to take more pride in our appearance. Clothes are easier to buy and we can look after our skin, hair, nails etc. Make ourselves smell nice and the loss of body bulk can make us oooooh so more flexible.

And did I mention, I quite like myself now? This has untold (and private) benefits for my partner.....

What worries me is that I sag in all the wrong places already so how bad is it going to get without corrective surgery?

Also, I always at I look good and have no wrinkles (on my face at least) because I'm fat - does that man I'm going to suddenly look like a withered old prune?

I also worried about this, and I have more reason than the rest of you as I am 63! But honestly; I think we kid ourselves if we think we look young when we're fat. Being fat is ageing. Being skinny is young. Even if we do have a few more lines it's a younger look. Personally, I am planning to increase the skin care, treat myself to a few more facials with the money saved from the food bill, and look younger because I'm slimmer!
