Hi Kirsty did you feel any different after your first fill?

I hope I get restriction quickly I'm useless at dieting hence the band lol x
 
Q.....not really. Maybe slightly. I get hungry a lot and do fill up reasonably quickly when I eat. I was out last night and ate a three course meal. I know I shouldn't gave as it's defo not good for the band. I could eat this no proble, I didn't feel uncomfortable or sick

My friend had a band and if she eats more than a few mouths of food she has to leave the table to be sick. I think she is too restricted, and I have next to no restriction
 
Ooooh sounds like hers is a bit tight,it's just finding that happy medium but it's not that easy lol
I feel like I'm eating too much at the mo but I'm not eating nearly as much as I used to,I think I may maintain this week :-( maybe when I move on to crunchy foods next week I'll get fuller quicker x
 
I moved to smooth and crunchy last week....it was lovely! But my weight has pretty much stopped now.....only a pound in 3 weeks! It is odd as although I can eat anything, my portions are way way smaller!

In my head this just doesn't make sense, and is getting me down so so much.....I have nothing in my band and no fill until 10th December. Xxx
 
hi. im a few weeks behind u on the band journey but I would say try not to worry.u havnt started putting it on which is great. maybe ur body is just ready for a fill. keep at it. I know its hard trust me, im realy struggling. but u can do it c
 
Lovely just keep at it,maybe try drinking more water,I think I may maintain this week I'm trying to eat small portions but it's just not filling me up now,hope my fill helps in 10 day's.I'm not gonna get down about I need to think positive if I start thinking negative things will just start going down hill.

I am trying. My hardest, I drink at least 2 litres a day.......am trying to eat 'good stuff' usually ryvita (2 at most) with meat, maybe a low fat cheese triangle......breakfast usually ready break, although on nights, so don't eat breakfast as such.....tea usually more meat, had some low fat humous and pickled cabbage....it's just crazy hard, when actually I'm eating nothing like I did before, but do think I'm eating enough.....bloody scales, bloody fat arse!!!

its so frustrating isnt it. im the same this week nothings xoming off even though I know im eating loads less than normal. just keep at it and hopefuly the scales will play ball soon x
 
Weigh in ..........

Well I thought I'd maintain last week but I've lost 1lb which is one more of those pesky pounds gone :) so that's 18.01 - 16.07 in 6 weeks and I get my first fill next Tuesday :)

well donw on ur weight loss. thats fab. booked my band fill for 15/12 (exactly 5weeks poat op) will be seeing dietician aswel.cant wait x

Had my weigh in tonight too, I maintained which is expected as I started normal food all different textures.
From 16st 4.5 to 14st 12.5 in 6 weeks, defo not to be sniffed at!! Xx
