Well done Mrs q!!! From past experiences I have noticed that people only start to realise on me when I hit 2.5-3stone off, anything less than that they don't even realise!! Could be the same for u?! X
That's brilliant MrsQ! 2.5 stone is amaziballs! I try and eat a fair bit of meat, but have homemade meatballs or the heck ones?? Also low fat sausages or roast chicken. Xxx
Cooked a chicken for Sunday lunch I ate a bit but I enjoyed the veg more,I ended up throwing the rest of the chicken away it was knocking me sick,wierd ?
I haven't tried the crisp bread since the band but I'll get some next time I go shopping,I got some of those danio yogs tho they're lovely x
Bex you're probably right it doesn't help I walk round in a big furry coat that's a size 20 and massive but it's so warm I don't want to stop wearing it lol

Have you tried quorn products......not to everyone's liking but a great source of protein and very much like meat, well i think so never was a red meat lover so quorn has always been a staple in my diet......this week we ha peppered steaks pretty yummy the chicken bit go perfect in casseroles curry's etc.
Well restrictions back to normal today,found some sirloin steak in the freezer so cut it into strips and made a Thai curry in the slow cooker come to eat it now and I'm full after 4 mouthfuls lol,well at least my son enjoyed it x

Yes occasionally but I'm learning to chew and eat slower,im getting better
It's amazing that we never have a problem with cake crisps or chocolate but healthy food is hard work,it's Devils food lol but it tastes so good
When's your next fill MrsQ? I was debating have a little one as still not really loosing, but am also mindful that I will be going away the following month and dint want to be crazy restricted!
Yeah, that's my plan....it's booked for feb 6th.....so still have 6 weeks before holibobs, so time to make sure I'm ok to eat proper food or if not to take some out, so I enjoy our holibobs! Xxx
Well someone commented on my weight loss today ,hoorah it was a woman at my daughters school who was at slimming world when I was,unfortunately she's still fat,she asked what I was doing I just said eating less,which isn't a lie
