Sorry not been contributing last few days been mega busy,hope everyone's well x
Well I've not lost anything for 3 weeks now been going up and down,tried doing the shakes thing only lasted the day hate doing the staving thing that's why I had a band so I didn't have to extreme diet anymore,plus I'm rubbish at it
My hunger has come back a bit in the evenings,feel like I'm eating loads even though I only had 970 cals yesterday,so I've booked in to see the dietian and have a small fill on thurday.
I was hoping I'd smash through the 15s but I'm just stuck at 15.08, thought I'd of lost a lot more by now I know I've lost 2 1/2 stone but a stone of that was on the pre op and it's been 3 months since the op,so I'm going to try a bit harder x
