Them pesky stalls seem to come in fits and starts ........ i had a month long one but it soon started all again !! have been pretty much at a standstill for almost a month now am hoping to kick but this week x x x gl hun
 
My fill went well I had 0.3ml in taking me to 6.5ml,the dietian said I need to eat more textured food and that exercise will help,tell me something I don't know lol
So that's me get off my arse and less sliders haha,lovely tomato soup for a day,not very inventive on the fluid day lol xx
 
It makes all the difference...more textured food = less eaten LOL the slider stuff goes down far far too easy :) gl for some scale action soon x x x
 
Hey MrsQ have you managed to get rid of that pesky half a pound?! Xxx
 
Hey ladies I definatley feel more restricted back on normal food tomorrow so time will tell finally joining the gym on Monday with the hubster.havent managed to cut the wine on a weekend tho x
 
I know what your saying daisy but I only drink wine coz I love the taste,not really into spirits,with 2 children the only time I go out is for a meal n vodka doesn't go as well as wine.
The dietian said on Wednesday that a bottle of wine a week is ok ??? Not sure that's good advice,then he said I should be drinking nas vimto not the added sugar one lol ?
 
Just found some skinny wine :):). Hot tub n wine night,as I'm having a meal tomorrow for mothers day x
 
I can definatley feel the difference from my last fill,so hopefully I'll see a loss on weigh in tomorrow
