Last weekend of eating out and wine,then I'm on a health kick no booze or junk till I go to spain in April
 
Thankyou Kirsty, woke up this morning determined to shift some weight,off for a run round the lake now I've dragged the hubby along lol,got some eggs boiling for a snack later,got some lean steak mince for later might do a shepards pie but with sweet potato.gonna try and get loads of water down too x

Forgot how hungry exercise makes you,did a jog/walk round the lake and then did a 20 min HIIT kettle bell workout,feel good tho hungry but good lol
 
Sneak peak on the scales this morning and I'm -2lb whoo hoo,so im 15.05

4lb more and it'll take me to 3 stone loss

Thanks girls,your right daisy it definatly helps,I'm also dieting which is hard when I haven't got great restriction at the mo x
 
I know daisy but I didn't feel any different from the last fill I'm going to book another tomorrow for a couple of weeks time x
I'm getting used to this chewing and going slow lark :)
