Thanks for that Georgina lol, didn't really get a lie in as Col wasn't very well bless him so I was doing my nursey bit and looking after him but it was just good to be able to spend the night with him and cuddle up, bliss!!

That's ok I've been rubbish at keeping in touch too and yes the tablets are working thanks. Went back to the gym today too and did nearly 2 hours so was quite proud of myself.

Yeah things going well between me and Col but taking it slowly see what happens but it was 1 month today lol and he bought me a lovely plant! ha ha ha must be love eh!!

Sorry to hear Gordon not been well again send him my regards and hopefully get to catch up with you in person again soon xx

Well I weighed myself today and have now lost 56lb so quite chuffed with that, only going to go on once a month though so that I can see the difference, at least it's heading in the right direction eh!!
