Just having a quick catch up on your thread Nic, well done on the amazing weight loss (although how the hell you are managing to only weigh once a month beats me!!)

just read all your thread, and its wonderful with the day to day diary that you wrote down for us all to read, it was very informative,
Altho im not keen on the liquid stuff, the only thing really worrying me when i go in, is a catheter fitted, is this essential?? and waking up with tubes down my throat n nose, i have that gag reflux n need to be sedated to have teeth done, so waking up with one down my throat is like ...ewwww...
well done on the weight loss so far, and look forward to hearing more

I did have the cathetar but to be honest it didn't bother me and it was only in until the morning after the op. I didn't have the tubes up my nose or down throat etc, just oxygen mask. It's different at each hospital so I'd ask them what they usually do and explain hun.

But whatever don't worry you will be fine xxx

Thanks Ali, yes it's a lot better now Alex has moved out. Not sure how I'm keeping off them either really but just don't want to get disappointed if I don't lose so I'm just working on if I don't weigh myself that often I won't know if I didn't lose in any particular week lol. Your doing really well too Ali, well done xx
