Hi Nic, hope you had a good break away and you are feeling a bit brighter. how is the hair going??? mine seems to be settling down a bit thats after 2-3 months of hair loss so fingers crossed yours will too x

Had a great holiday thanks, lovely to be back (NOT)! Hair loss seems to of slowed down a bit so hopefully ok. Didn't lose any weight for past two weeks though so not happy :(:(

Glad you had a good break. my weight loss seems to have slowed too now not only lost a couple of pounds in last couple of weeks. i suppose it is to be expected. glad the hair loss has slowed too def makes things seem brighter eh!! take care hun and remember you are doing great x
 
Oh Nic and Mandy, I know you're as both as each other! Lol. I bet you were alternating between double vodkas (minus the juice) and wine and crawling home! Lol. Glad your hair's getting better Nic. I've stopped highlighting mine as my hairdresser said that it would damage it further and make it fall out more. So I'm even more brunette than usual at the mo.

Im glad to see my vodka influance is spreading across the threads, will soon have you on the white lightning :D

Dont get me started on about losing hair, have some of the thickest you can imagine and its coming out in bucket loads, but my hairdresser keeps telling me I can lose over half of my hair and it will still be thick! Reading sara's post about the highlights though makes me think that it maybe bye bye blondie lol
Going to have to have some more steak and get the protien boosted!!!

Great to hear from you and don't worry I was always in the Vodka drinking club, no choice with my best mate lol!!

As for the hair - mmmm yes, I went blonder but shorter but hey ho I keep taking all the supplements so hopefully will be ok!!

Hiya hun, well the nose is finaly clearing up thank god!!!
Im working on project tiny today so will be covered in mud and a friend is coming to look at him she wants a quiet lead rein for her little girl so Im hoping a change of pace will do him some good! Hes having the back specialist out to see him might see if he can fit me in as well lol!
How are you fixed for sheffield still?
 
I have been told many times that I have 'more hair than I am legally entitled to'. I lost loads on LL, but luckily it wasn't that noticeable.. well.. it was in the shower, but seeing as the world doesn't shower with me, that didn't matter! lol!

I guess with WLS one needs to be mindful to up the proteins, vitamins etc. to help counter / slow the loss down?

Thanks and yes I am already taken the vitamins etc and extra hair vitamins/minerals so I can't really do anything more, just gets a bit worrying when I look at my top and its covered in hair that has come out etc.

I'm sure it will all be ok eventually.

Well today I feel really postive for first time this week and I'm really really looking forward to my weekend.

Back from a great weekend away, had a brill night with Mandy, Paul and Jordon on Friday night then Saturday and Sunday with Col and his family in Portsmouth, then went to Maidstone to see his sister on Monday so was pretty exhausted today. Have put some new pics in the album for you to have a nosey at.

Well as the title says it is my Xmas do tomorrow and it will be the first time I have worn a dress in years so quite looking forward to being a girly girl for once.

Still got tanned legs so no need for tights whooo hoo (whether it snows or not)!

Have added some pics from the weekend but will try and get some done tomorrow night too.
