Yes I've just literally packed all my stuff just a few bits to put in tomorrow or Saturday morning now, knowing me it will be tomorrow night then I'll unpack 4 times to check I have everything lol!

Hi Nic, my hair has been coming out in clumps have been trying to take the zinc and selanaise but it makes me throw up so struggling. saw my consultant on monday and he said it is common at this stage and it will settle down in time. he assured me i wouldn't go bald!!! if all else fails we will all just have to go wig shopping LOL. enjoy your break away hun x

Well I can't say taking them is making any difference anyway hun but I know it will settle down, its just worrying when their is hair everywhere lol! xx

Your doing great hun, make sure you still get lots of rest though and good luck with the weigh in tomorrow (and well done for staying off). I didn't get on the scales for weeks after my op xxx

Well only 2 days then I'm off to sunnier climes!! Fed up of this rain!

Noticed in last couple of weeks my hair is coming out loads now, I've been taking the selenium and zinc for a while now but doesn't seem to be making any difference!

Oh well hopefully it will rectify itself soon

oh oh, at this rate I'll no hair left in 9 months! Oh well nothing I can do about it is there.

At the moment I feel like curling up in a ball and going to bed, not having a great day :-(

Back now and yes had a fab time. As you know was worried about having to have a seatbelt extension, but I didn't, yippeeee. Will try and sort some pics out soon.

Hi,glad you had a great holiday, fairly new to forum so trying to do the 50 posts today so i can access more posts etc.
Hope hair is settling down, many years ago after my daughter was born i lost loads of hair was scared to brush or wash it.
It came back better than ever within 6 months.
About 4 years ago i dyed it and got dermatisis,sores and scabs all over scalp and again loss of hair came back to normal, although unable to use dark hair dye it was the coluor in dye rather than the chemicals like peroxide..
Any way good to hear about others
