My funny dietician

Some will know that I have helped my bariatric dietician out at her seminars.

I emailed her the other day to ask for her advice.

I got this reply back lol

Hope you are well and have been enjoying the glorious sunshine!

You know what I am going to say to you!! You are doing everything you should be. you weight is probably just putting the brakes on a bit and then should go down again!

Dont panic...keep biking!!

In others words, shut up and just keep doing what I am lol

At least you know you are roughly on track and your weight should move downwards again. Mine just comes up with way too many suggestions to get past my food fads to make me start eating, now that I can.

Not teachers pet, we quite often have heated words as she is a size 6 and can never know what an obese person goes through on a day to day basis.

My dietician is def a size 6 - 8 why do they have them so tiny lol
