Well...today was long and...the dodgy tummy is back!!! I felt so bloated today and few things might be the culprit..

Either dodgy bit chicken i ate at lunch or The problem is with my water, filled bottle this morning from the fridge dispenser and it needs a new filter which I have ordered but the when got to work and saw it it had bubbles in it, thought I'd just shook it cause I had been running around, took a big drink of it and nearly gagged as it tasted sour!

I Poured it out and it was brown..I would noticed but had little nas vimto in it!!

Total Nightmare so that could be the cause! I still have the tablets from the doc so I will take them!

On the plus side..it's the weekend!!!!!!! only 4 more work shifts to go till holidays!!! X

You need to complain to your landlord of course if you have one but failing that get the water board on the case. Yes the probably have a thousand excuses but this is causing you to be ill bless you big hugs x

I still feel bloated so not expecting a loss but we will see!

I will still buy loads over there, need to actually get couple gifts for my friends to take over...need to get the thinking cap on!
