Hey everyone! That's me at the airport to come home! Very sad as I have had a great time away and definitely needed it...although I feel beat up..got bruises everywhere from the 2 massages I got..next time I'm going for a Swedish one...I can't take the powerful ones lol!! I walked over 25 miles last week and I think that's why my knee is suffering a little this week..I have it strapped up and it's a lot better however as I have been walking I have a lovely cramp in my leg..got a pair of my new trainers on and what a difference to walking! I saw some baby tigers and got a picture with seigfried (famous tiger trainer) so that was a fun end to the day!! Anyways..food wise I have been up and down all week..I have indulged in some naughty food. Although only minimal amounts so hopefully not too much damage! I have still been battling where my head thinks I'm more hungry and I order things I have no chance of eating!! Go figure!!! No alcohol for me and it worked just fine..didn't miss out on anything!! Anyways I will be back online more over the next couple of weeks!!! I hope to catch up with everyone's diaries soon xxx

Home safe and sound! Still on Vegas time but forcing myself to go to bed now and get up early tomorrow!!

Managed to unpack all my cases and do a washing! Managed some mash potato for dinner..the pups been with me since I got home so he ate all my roast beef lol!!!

Had an amazing cup of tea and then managed a Kirsty Atkins bar!!
