Hi Sharon! Weird dreams hey.. I love weird dreams! Last night I was on a beach and the tide was coming in really fast and then I was running up stairs! Sounds like a control type dream! Or maybe I just want to be on holiday!!!

Well I still had the 3.5ml in from November so added another .25ml so have 3.75mls as I was previously over restricted at 4ml!

Hopefully get some losses...if not I will go get another .25ml in!

This is true....

It was this week last year i was in NY, loving NY but hating how i couldnt walk anywhere...too hot, sweating...couldnt buy amazing clothes...this was my deciding factor and within a week of getting home...the OP was booked!

The Mr Gibson took a second to come out and say how well i had done and that certainly boosted my confidence to know i will get to my ideal or happy weight!! xxx

Yeah it went well willow! Only a little in but on liquids at the moment so hopefully get some more restriction when back on normal foods xx

Ugh my manoeuvres were rubbish tonight!! Driving started off great then just couldn't get my head into them!!! I done them great on Saturday as well!! I'm back out after the weekend so I will beback on track!

I am suffering major cramps today which isn't a real excuse but I'm going with it lol xxx
