My Post OP (Band) Journey 2014 onwards

Thanks Girls!

well i weighed in my official day today, and this week iv lost 1.75lbs, so only 1/2 lb away from my first 3 stone target!!! :)

Still not feeling hungry after the fill but will manage soup etc, think band is still to ease off a little so see over next couple days when move to solids..but so far so good!

Buffet day at work today....on liquids only...hmmmm may need to say not feeling too hot, no way risking eating anything else!!

Love this post, I love it when all our skinny clothes from previous failed fas diets are all loose ... That's where I've got too. It's great my smallest diesels are now loose lol ...
Keep going shaz so proud of you. Photo updates as well remember they are the key to remembering how far u have come ;-) x x x

Hey girls! Today was going great until lunchtime when I had the pleasure of PBing!! Ugh, not good and barely ate 3 bites!! :( called Nuffield and booked in to get some fill out as they think over restricted! Oh plus side..weighed myself again and 1/4lb down from this morning!

Let u know how I get on tomorrow, funny as only 4mls in, wouldn't think it would cause that! Xx

Sharon, you might only have a 10ml band so 4 all at once might be too much I'm sure they will get it sorted for you tomorrow babe xx

Good Morning, Just getting ready to head out to nuffield to get a little defill as still major restriction, im thinking maybe just 1-1.5ml out but let the experts decide!

Although the fill has been a struggle the last few days...the scales have loved it....over this past week i have dropped 3lbs!!

so im over my target of 3stone....now total loss 3st 1.25lbs! delighted!!!!! on my way to next target of 4 stone!! I know it will slow back down when i get my defill but thats ok, but mentally its nice to be over 3 stone loss! Everyday i feel better about myself! :)

Well everyone that's me got the 3ml back out, so just 1ml in..Mr gibson said wants to give it a bit time to settle before doing another fill and he will do the fill for me!

Reason why nurse couldn't find my port was X-ray report was wrong! He went in 1 try and got it!

Thanked him for taking time out to do that as I know many wouldn't! He said should called when was sick yesterday!

So Nov 12th is my next fill date with Mr Gibson!

I found my swimming suit and I have a friend that is on weight management and been going near hers locally, mines on tues and thurs night, so could go myself on Tuesday as she is backshift this week!
