Another Aquafit bites the dust!

But harder as banged my knee on side bath getting out last night and gave lovely bruise and lump to deal with! Thankfully not got lot nerve endings there due to prev surgery so just twinges and bit stiff!

Looking forward to getting my band fill in Thursday, want my weightloss to more again although haven't weighed in since last week and waiting as TOTM is due and thing a gain would demotivate me!!! Scales are bad!! Still feeling good, clothes feeling good on so can't complain!!

Anyways long days are catching up! Goodnight all xx

That is true Cupid! I have been working silly hours the last few weeks as there has been Overtime offered and it doesnt always come around, using it to pay off the credit card and buy some christmas things!

Im off for my band fill tonight, so hoping that will keep my weightloss going!!

I havent weighed myself for a week as feel just obsessing about it, so just gonna wait till i feel ready then hopefully i will have something to show for it!

Hi Sharon

I am a newbie to this site, I am booked in for my band with Mr Halstead on Nov 30th at Dolan Park. I too have always been on diets throughout my life but developed an under active thyroid which wasn't detected for 2 years, which led to my 5 stone weight gain. I went for consultation 30th October in Glasgow and decided after reading posts on this site to go for the op. I am on day five of my pre op diet and looking for advice as I am sick of the same food .
I am glad to hear you are doing ok after op.
